A native jungle plant to Malaysia and Australia, this rare slow-growing climbing plant lays its offset leaves flat against the trunk of host trees giving the appearance of roof shingles. In your home you can train the leaves to grow flat or wrap around a moss pole.
LIGHT: Bright, indirect light
WATER: Allow top 25% of soil to dry between waterings. 50% dry in the winter. Mist often, loves high humidity.
POTTING: All-purpose organic potting soil is ideal. Needs to be in a well draining setup.
TEMPERATURE: Prefers warm temps keep above 50°F
FERTILIZER: 1x/mo spring through fall
TOXICITY: Toxic to pets and children
