At Glasswing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the barcode is clearly visible and all previous shipping labels are removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
